We are open 9am-5pm PST Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday morning. Shipping occurs the day following the processing of your order.
Payments Accepted – we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept payments via check, money order, or cash.
Changing/Cancelling Orders – to change or cancel an order, please email us at info@ytgloves.com or call us directly at (800) 680-7177. If your order has not already been processed and shipped, we will make the adjustments you need. If the order has already shipped, we cannot make these adjustments.
Each customer has a different belief for the life expectancy of their glove. Furthermore, it is not uncommon that the glove you have selected is not a match to the job you are performing.
We stand behind our gloves 100%. Therefore, we offer an Unconditional Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Youngstown gloves, we will replace the pair or work with you to get you into the right model. In these cases please:
1) Call us between 9am and 5pm PST Monday through Friday at 800-680-7177, or email us at info@ytgloves.com
2) Let us know why you want to return your gloves. We will give you Return Authorization Number (RA#).
3) Send the gloves to this address:

4) The RA# must be written in plain sight on the outside of the box – keep track of this as it is how we keep track of your item. If the returned gloves do not have an RA #, we will not accept the return.
5) Please include a note detailing the issue with the gloves.
Turn around time can be up to 2 weeks but we try to move things along faster than this. Please feel free to call us with any questions at (800) 680-7177.
We can only offer refunds for gloves purchased from Ytgloves.com.
To receive a refund, the gloves must be unused and attached to its original hang card packaging. If you would like a refund, please contact us at 800-680-7177, or info@ytgloves.com and we will be glad to assist you.
If you have purchased from one of our Authorized Youngstown Glove Co. dealers please contact them directly for their refund policy. Should you have difficulties with your supplier, please contact us so that we can assist in the process.
All gloves are shipped the day following placement of the order (except on the weekends), therefore we can not offer next day shipping. Should you need expedited shipping methods, contact us at 800-680-7177 or info@ytgloves.com to make arrangements.
We ship via UPS ground, unless otherwise instructed. We proudly support our troops and can ship to any Military APO/FBO address.
Shipping rates to the contiguous 48 states are as follows:
1-2 pairs - $6.95
3 pairs or more - $9.99
Orders to Alaska or Hawaii will ship via USPS. We will contact you with the shipping rate before we charge your card.
We gladly accept International orders. We ship orders to International destinations via USPS. We will contact you with the shipping rate before we charge your card. You, as the purchaser, are responsible for any local fees, duties, and taxes associated with the importation of the order.
