We are open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm CST. Shipping typically occurs the day following the processing of your order. Please note that orders placed Friday thru Sunday will not be processed until Monday and then ship on Tuesday.
Payments Accepted – we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept payments via check, money order, or cash.

Shipping & Delivery
Please allow for 1-2 Business Days for order processing before actual ship-date. We are closed weekends. Shipments originate from 575 W. High Street, Aurora MO 65605, USA and ship via UPS Ground. UPS tracking is available on your customer dashboard. All shipments for APO and PO Boxes we ship via USPS, which has limited tracking and must be requested from firstname.lastname@example.org.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, brokerage and any costs associated with importing the gloves to your country.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Our goal is for you to have a great experience with your Youngstown Glove purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, we want to hear from you so we can fix the situation. Each customer has a different belief for the life expectancy of their glove. We do our best to have a worker get 2 months’ worth of full-time work out of our gloves. This life expectancy varies greatly by glove choice and job function. Some people get many months or even years out of a pair. Other folks might have a job that is extra tough on gloves. Still others are using the wrong glove for the task at hand. We understand this stuff and can help you get it right. Our formal policy is a guarantee good for 60 days from purchase against manufacturer defects, not normal wear and tear. At the same time, we will help anyone with a reasonable concern about our gloves.
Here are the steps to follow:

2. Let us know why you want to return your gloves. We will give you Return Authorization Number (RA#) and provide the return address. Be sure to reference your RA# on the shipping label.
3. The RA# must be written in plain sight on the outside of the box – keep track of this as it is how we keep track of your item. If the returned gloves do not have an RA #, we will not accept the return.
4. Please include a note detailing the issue with the gloves.
5. Please allow two to three weeks to process. Feel free to contact us with any questions, citing the RA#.
If you have purchased from one of our Authorized Youngstown Glove Co. dealers please contact them directly for their refund policy. Should you have difficulties with your supplier, we can assist in the process.
We can only offer refunds for gloves purchased from www.ytgloves.com. To receive a refund, the gloves must be unused and attached to its original hang card packaging. If you would like a refund, please contact us at email@example.com

Sizing Replacements (USA ONLY at this time)
Upon receiving your gloves, please try them on immediately for fit. If the glove is attached to a header card, or tethered together, please keep it intact when you try on the glove for sizing. Should the gloves not fit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
with your order number and let us know what size you need as a replacement. We will arrange the return and replacement shipments for you free of charge*.
*Gloves must be returned in A-Stock condition, with packaging intact.
