Youngstown's FR Emergency Gas Glove is the world's first protective, arc rated, cut resistant, flame resistant work glove designed specifically for use in emergency gas situations. When a gas emergency occurs, workers need a glove that delivers total hand protection across multiple hazard types simultaneously — and nothing else on the market was built for this specific application. This multi-layered glove features a Kevlar® fiber lining throughout for 360° cut and flame protection, 120g Nomex® insulation for thermal protection, a proprietary woven Nomex® outer shell for inherent flame resistance, and an AX Medora™ FR palm for durability and grip under emergency working conditions. The modified gauntlet cuff fits easily over FR coverall sleeves for seamless integration with full PPE, and reflective markings throughout the top of hand enhance visibility in low light emergency environments. Arc rated to 26 cal/cm² and NFPA 70e compliant. Built for the moments when everything matters most.
