Youngstown's FR Ground Glove — BEEF is a rugged evolution of our number one selling design, purpose-built for lineworkers and utility professionals working in wet, demanding conditions. We start with our proven 3D pre-curved ergonomic pattern and build it with double-layered, water-resistant cow grain leather — tougher and more weather-resistant than standard goatskin, yet still delivering the fit, comfort, and dexterity that crews demand through a full shift. The leather is specially tanned for water resistance, making it the right choice for crews working through rain, mud, or wet vegetation. Like all of our Kevlar® lined work gloves, we bond the Kevlar® fiber directly to the leather — a more time-intensive manufacturing process that eliminates the sliding, bunching, and two-gloves-in-one feel of a traditional sewn-in liner. The result is a glove that feels broken in from day one and keeps performing long after lesser gloves have given up. Arc rated to 37 cal/cm², cut resistant to Level A4, and NFPA 70e compliant.
