When winter conditions are at their worst, Youngstown's award-winning FR Waterproof Ultimate is built to keep your crew warm, dry, and protected through the entire shift. Engineered for electrical lineworkers and utility professionals who face harsh winter working conditions, this glove combines multiple layers of serious protection into one purpose-built package. The outer shell is a specially tanned cowhide leather that is inherently oil resistant — built to perform in the wet, cold, and demanding environments utility crews operate in every day. A waterproof, windproof, and breathable inner membrane keeps hands completely dry through rain, sleet, and snow. Inside, 200g Nomex® insulation delivers serious thermal protection and warmth throughout the work day, while a Kevlar® fiber lining from fingertip to cuff delivers 360° cut and flame resistance without compromising warmth or waterproof performance. Arc rated to 45 cal/cm² and NFPA 70e compliant. The winter glove built for the utility worksite — not just the weather.
